Ambassador: 

Arrive at 6:30 pm

Welcome ladies as they come in and give name tag. 

If the game is still going on direct them to the game coordinator so they can join in.  

If ladies arrive after 7:00 pm, quietly welcome them, get them seated and give any material if needed.

Chef’s Assistant 

Arrive 6:30 pm so I can show you where all the food is

Set out all the food and drinks on the counter after the devotions are done

There is no need to bring food unless you want too.  If you do, please let me know so we can coordinate    

Game coordinator: 

Arrive 6:30 pm

I will provide group game each month, unless you want to. 

You will coordinate game from 6:50 pm - 7:00 pm explaining to everyone that comes in and make sure answering questions etc.
